人类和动物权利政策
《中国心脏病学杂志》致力于维护最高的科研伦理标准,特别是在涉及人类参与者和动物的研究中。所有提交的稿件必须遵守国际公认的伦理准则,以确保研究中所涉及人类和动物的安全、福祉与权利。
涉及人类受试者的研究
对于涉及人类参与者的研究,作者必须确保:
伦理批准 – 研究已由机构审查委员会(IRB)、伦理委员会或其他相关监管机构审核并批准。
知情同意 – 参与者已充分了解研究目的、风险和益处,并自愿签署书面知情同意书。如参与者为未成年人或无行为能力人,须由其父母或监护人签署同意。
隐私与保密 – 参与者的个人数据必须保密,并防止未经授权的访问。除非获得参与者明确的书面同意,否则不得发表任何可识别其身份的信息。
遵守伦理准则 – 研究必须遵循《赫尔辛基宣言》、良好临床规范(GCP)或其他适用的国家/国际伦理指南。
涉及动物的研究
对于涉及动物的研究,作者必须确保:
伦理对待 – 所有涉及动物的操作必须符合机构、国家或国际关于动物护理与福利的相关指南,如《实验动物护理和使用指南》或 ARRIVE 指南。
伦理批准 – 研究必须获得动物伦理委员会或相应监管机构的批准。
减少伤害 – 必须尽一切努力减轻动物痛苦,减少使用动物的数量,并在可能的情况下使用替代方法。
使用动物的正当性 – 使用动物必须有科学依据,并应采用人道的方法以最大限度地减少动物的痛苦和压力。
涉及不道德对待动物或缺乏适当伦理批准的稿件将不被考虑发表。
作者责任
作者必须在稿件中明确说明是否已获得伦理批准,包括批准机构名称及批准编号(如适用)。
如果研究不涉及人类或动物伦理问题,作者应提供合理说明。
编辑委员会有权在必要时要求作者提供补充的伦理文件。


The Chinese Journal of Cardiology is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in research, particularly when it involves human participants and animals. All submitted manuscripts must comply with internationally accepted ethical guidelines to ensure the safety, well-being, and rights of humans and animals involved in research.
Research Involving Human Subjects

    For studies involving human participants, authors must ensure that:
  1. Ethical Approval – The research has been reviewed and approved by an Institutional Review Board (IRB), Ethics Committee, or any relevant regulatory body.
  2. Informed Consent – Participants have been fully informed about the purpose, risks, and benefits of the study and have given their voluntary written consent. If the participant is a minor or unable to provide consent, consent must be obtained from his/her parents or guardians.
  3. Privacy & Confidentiality – Personal data of participants must be kept confidential and protected from unauthorized access. Identifiable information should not be published unless explicit written consent has been obtained from the participant.
  4. Compliance with Ethical Guidelines – The research must follow ethical standards such as the Declaration of Helsinki, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), or any applicable national/international guidelines.
Research Involving Animals
    For studies involving animals, authors must ensure that:
  1. Ethical Treatment – All procedures involving animals comply with institutional, national, or international guidelines for animal care and welfare, such as the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals or ARRIVE guidelines.
  2. Ethical Approval – The research has been approved by an Animal Ethics Committee or an equivalent regulatory body.
  3. Minimization of Harm – Every effort has been made to reduce animal suffering, limit the number of animals used, and apply alternatives wherever possible.
  4. Justification of Animal Use – The use of animals must be scientifically justified, and humane methods should be employed to minimize distress or pain.
  5. Manuscripts that involve unethical treatment of animals or lack proper ethical approval will not be considered for publication.
Author Responsibilities
  • Authors must clearly state in their manuscript whether ethical approval was obtained, including the name of the approving institution and the approval number (if applicable).
  • If human or animal research ethics do not apply, authors should provide a statement explaining why.
  • The editorial board reserves the right to request additional ethical documentation if needed.
